How long will it take to get my order?
My current order processing time is 7-10 business days! All orders will be shipped via USPS using Ground Advantage. International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or FedEx and can take 10 to 30 days to arrive at your door. I do not cover international shipping customs fees. The customer will cover any customs or VAT fees upon receiving packages from Sjstudio.
Do you send tracking information with orders?
Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. If you do not see it, please check your spam! If you don't see it, please email me at email@example.com with your order confirmation number.
My order is taking longer than expected; what do I do?
Please make sure your address is correct in your order confirmation. I am not responsible for packages getting sent to the wrong location due to the incorrect address on the order. USPS may be experiencing delays, so you can also check with your local post office. I am also not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the USPS, they are responsible for getting it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing me about your order.
I just opened my order, and my earrings are: broken and damaged; I received the wrong pairs, or I am missing a pair. What should I do?
I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. If a product is damaged, please email me at Sara@sjstudio.shop with a photo and the order number. After reviewing this email, you will be contacted with possible solutions.
If you are missing a pair of earrings or received styles you did not purchase, please email Sara@sjstudio.shop with the specific earrings you are missing and the ones you received. Sometimes things happen, and I am so sorry about that! To rectify the situation, you will be sent a shipping label to return the wrong earrings to me while I send the correct ones to you!
If I order multiple times in a day, can you combine my orders and refund my shipping?
First off, thank you for the support! Unfortunately, I can only offer this if you order three or more times on the same day. To receive a refund, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with all the order numbers, and I will combine and refund the shipping to your payment method within 24 hours.
